For over 20 years, the Börse in Essen's Grugahalle has been an institution. Where legendary artists such as the Beatles, Prince, The Police, Tina Turner, and Genesis have played, Europe's largest one-day record fair instead of.


Over 100 national and international exhibitors will bring well over 1 million recordings from all musical genres from the 1950s to the present day to the event.


Whether it's vinyl, CDs, DVDs, or merchandise, everything is on offer. Whether it's absolute rarities or inexpensive recorded music (LPs and CDs start at 0.50 cents), there's something for everyone...

The Grugahalle itself offers coffee, drinks, and snacks like cakes, pretzels, and currywurst. Those who want more can also enjoy a delicious lunch on nearby Rüttenscheider Straße.

Park:

There are many paid parking spaces directly in front of the Grugahalle: €1.50/hour or €10.00/day. With a bit of luck, you can find free parking in the surrounding side streets.


Arriving by train from Essen main station:

Take the U11 from Essen Central Station toward "Messe West/Süd/Gruga." Get off at the fourth stop, "Messe Ost/Gruga." As you emerge from the underground station, the Grugahalle is within sight and only 100 meters away.
