New highlights of the stock exchanges until the beginning of 2026:

We're proud to launch a full trading calendar through early 2026. With a total of 28 events over four months, this is the most extensive trading season in decades. In addition, many new cities have been added this year: Hanover, Hamm, Iserlohn, Koblenz, Leverkusen, Mainz, Offenburg, Recklinghausen, WiesbadenHere are the new highlights until the beginning of 2026, and below is the full schedule and registration form:


  • Stock market weekend 20.9. & 21.9. in Mainz and Cologne: We are proud to announce that we have secured the KUZ in Mainz as a new location for a record fair! In the future, fairs will be held regularly in the affluent city of Mainz.
  • On 27th and 28th September a record fair will take place for the first time in Offenburg in Baden-Württemberg at the annual Oberrhein Messe (Upper Rhine Trade Fair)! The trade fair management actively supports us in promoting and establishing the fair. Last year, over 80,000 visitors attended the event. A special feature is the very reasonable admission price of €5. Similar to the Saarbrücken trade fair, our focus is on activating vinyl fans in France. The densely populated region of Alsace, with the city of Strasbourg, lies directly across the Rhine.
  • Mega stock exchange weekend on October 3rd, 4th, and 5th: This year, German Unity Day (October 3rd) falls on a Friday, which is a particularly convenient date. This allows us to offer a weekend with four stock exchanges! On October 3rd, not only will the traditional stock exchange take place in Dortmund but now also the stock exchange in the beautiful Kurhaus in WiesbadenOn October 4th the annual fair will take place in Paderborn and on 5.10. the big stock exchange in Bielefeld This creates a great combination option for bookings.
  • The Northern Weekend on 18.10. & 19.10. in Hamburg and BremenFinally, after the long renovation of the Hamburg House, a fair will take place in the Hanseatic city on October 18. The next day, we'll be back with the Nostalgia Antiques Market at the Weserpark shopping center.
  • 2.11.: XXL Record Fair Eat. Nothing more needs to be said...
  • 22.11.: the state capital of Lower Saxony gets what it deserves: a record fair! We are really looking forward to Hanover...
  • Stock exchangeweekend between the years: This year, Boxing Day is particularly convenient. On December 26th, the traditional record fair will take place in the Dortmund Westfalenhallen. On December 27th we will be in Hamm and on December 28th in Cologne End the year with an XXL stock exchange!

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

Anyone (businessperson/private individual) may participate with the appropriate range of goods (audio and video recordings, specialist accessories) provided they accept these conditions. Registration is binding. Cancellation free of charge is only possible up to one month before the event. After that, cancellation is subject to a fee, namely a flat rate equal to 100% of the stand rental fee. The stand rental fee is tax-free (according to Section 4 No. 12a of the German Value Added Tax Act). The dates/locations stated are non-binding. The organizer will ensure the necessary conditions for holding the planned trade fair. If these conditions are met, the organizer is bound by its offer (see also Section 145 of the German Civil Code). Should a trade fair not take place, information will be provided immediately, as will the same rule if participation is not possible (e.g., because it is fully booked). Any rent already paid will be credited. In the event of a general economic imbalance, trade fairs may be canceled. Claims for damages against the organizer due to the cancellation of a trade fair are excluded. There is no right to receive confirmation. The exhibitor is obliged to participate, even if they have not received confirmation. Stand rental is due upon entering the hall on the day of the event at the latest. * The discounted early bird ('smart') rate is only valid if the stand rental is paid 14 days before the event (check, cash, bank transfer). After that, the standard rate applies. The stand rental includes chairs, subject to availability, and the ordered (front) meters of table space. Playing music is prohibited (GEMA). Table surfaces must be covered. Cables must not be laid across visitor aisles. The stand must be left clean and trash must be removed; otherwise, cleaning costs will be charged. The organizer assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage. In all cases, this liability is limited to a maximum of three times the stand rental amount. The exhibitor and his assistants are responsible for ensuring the safety of their stand. They are also liable for any damage to fixed or movable hall fixtures and fittings. They undertake to comply with legal regulations. The offering of goods that glorify violence, are classified as illegal, or are illegal is prohibited. Price tags and (for commercial vendors) company identification are mandatory. Setup is from 9/9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Stands must be occupied by 10:30 a.m., after which the space may be reassigned. The trade fairs are open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dismantling is only permitted from 4 p.m. and must be completed by 5 p.m. Further conditions may apply, if necessary on the day of the event. Subject to change. Minimum stand size: 2 meters.

A booking is subject to acceptance of the conditions of participation/stand rental prices.

Please register by email, stating the location/date of the fair and the desired number of meters, as well as your name and address. Registration is also possible by mail.

You will receive a confirmation with further information approximately 4 weeks before the trade fair.

  • Question: How can I register as a seller for a record exchange?

    • Answer: You can register here on this page using the registration form below. An email with your contact information and information about which fair(s) you would like to book and how many meters is sufficient (mail[at]schallplatten-boersen.de). If you book 3 meters, for example, you will receive 3 meters of table front to sell.

  • Question: How does the registration process work up to the exchange?

    1. Register on this page or by email.
    2. You will receive a confirmation email from us approximately 4 weeks before the respective trade fair date with further information and your stand number. Please contact us if you haven't received it. We sometimes make mistakes!
    3. On the day of the trade fair, you will find notes stuck to the tables with your stand number printed on them. This will be your stand. The stands will be separated from each other by a white or purple adhesive strip.

  • Question: Is there a registration deadline?

    • Answer: No! If the fair isn't marked as fully booked, you can still register. Please note: We will confirm your participation via email.

  • Question: How are the prices calculated?

    • Answer: The prices are per table meter. These range from €20 to €27.50, depending on the trade fair, the time of payment of the stand rental, and whether we charge a fee for indoor tables (e.g., in Münster, Düsseldorf, and Eupen).
    • The Smart Price is valid for payments made up to two weeks before the trade fair. After that, the standard price applies.

  • Question: Can I request a specific location or booth at the fair?

    • Answer: Yes. You can get your desired stand for an additional charge.
      •

  • Question: How do I find my booth at the event?

    There will be signs on the tables with your personal stand number, which you can find on your confirmation, and your name. Your space will be marked off with colored adhesive strips on the left and right.
