CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

Anyone (business owners or private individuals) may participate with the relevant product range (audio and video recordings, specialist accessories) subject to acceptance of these conditions. Registration is binding. Cancellations are only possible free of charge up to one month before the event. Cancellations after this time will incur a fee, namely a flat fee equal to 100% of the stand rental fee. Stand rental is tax-free (according to Section 4 No. 12a of the German Value Added Tax Act). The dates/locations mentioned are non-binding. The organizer will ensure the necessary conditions for holding the planned trade fair. If these conditions are met, the organizer is bound by its offer (see also Section 145 of the German Civil Code). If a trade fair is canceled, information will be provided immediately, as will participation if it is not possible (e.g., because it is fully booked). Any rent already paid will be credited. In the event of a macroeconomic imbalance, trade fairs may be canceled. Claims for damages against the organizer due to the cancellation of a trade fair are excluded. There is no right to receive confirmation. The exhibitor is obligated to participate even if they have not received confirmation. Stand rental is due no later than on the day of the event upon entering the hall. * The low early bird ('smart') price is only valid if the stand rental is paid 14 days before the event (check, cash, bank transfer). After that, the standard price applies. The stand rental includes chairs (subject to availability) and the ordered (front) meters of table space. Playing music is not permitted (GEMA). Table surfaces must be covered. Cables must not be laid across visitor aisles. The stand must be left clean; otherwise, cleaning costs will be charged; waste must be removed. The organizer assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage. In all cases, this is limited to a maximum of three times the stand rental amount. The exhibitor and his assistants are responsible for ensuring safety in connection with their stand. They are also liable for any damage to fixed or movable hall inventory. They undertake to comply with legal regulations. The offering of goods that glorify violence, are indexed, or illegal is prohibited. Price labeling and, for commercial providers, company identification are mandatory. Set-up is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The stand must be occupied by 10:30 a.m., after which the space can be reassigned. The fairs are generally open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dismantling is permitted from 4 p.m. and must be completed by 6 p.m. Further conditions may be imposed, if necessary, even on the day of the event. A booking is subject to acceptance of the conditions of participation/stand rental prices as stated in the registration form.

Registration is required via email, stating the trade fair (location or date), the desired number of meters, and your name and address. Registration is also possible by mail.

You will receive a confirmation with all further information approximately 2 weeks before the trade fair.

*Please note: The 'smart' price is only valid if the stand rental payment is received by the organizer 14 days before the respective trade fair. After that, the standard price always applies.
